This is a recipe that I got from my good friend Dave. It’s a
delicious way of cooking broccoli especially if you have kids who don’t like
eating their vegetables. It's a great side to accompany any dish. I love
just eating it as a snack.
Ingredients
1 head of broccoli washed and cut into florets
2 - 3 tablespoons olive oil (adjust based on the size of the
broccoli. You want a light coating)
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Black pepper to taste
2 – 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 F
Toss all the ingredients with the exception of the parmesan in
a bowl.
Place the broccoli in a shallow baking dish and bake for 15 –
20 minutes until broccoli is slightly brown and crispy (check frequently to
make sure it does not burn)
Remove from oven and toss with parmesan cheese if desired.
